Stornoway Cabin is a getaway in the mountains of northern Anglia which Isla Stornoway's parents had custom-built for them. They spend a couple of weeks a year there during the end of summer and in winter for skiing season, and let it out for other people to use for the rest of the year.

When a group who was due to stay cancelled their reservation, they let Isla and her friends stay there for a week, in the stories starting with Summer Games.
