Cindy is a dragoness with pearl-white skin and blue hair that she keeps cut at chin length. She usually wears very thick-rimmed black glasses, which despite their size are very mild and she wears them just because she likes how she looks in them. She paints her fingernails and toenails blue to match her hair.

In Cindy's Debut she went to a recording of the Saturday morning show Massive with her younger friend Madison Hart. She entered her name for the random draw for game participants on a whim, and her name came up - as a result she was picked out of the audience and gunged under the giant nose prop when her partner on the phone lost the game. This scene would stick in Gwen Sorwen's mind when she saw it on television as a child and become one of her favourites.

Her name is short for Cinder, an appropriately hot name for a dragon! Later in life she has two twin dragon pups of her own, a boy and a girl called Ignis and Luci.

Cindy was created as someone that Gwen could imagine being in the place of when fantasizing about her slime fetish when watching the video back when she was older. Her gunge experience first appeared in Gwen's Fantasy.
