Silicon is the artificial intelligence that ran the {zshow:iz} complex in its first two seasons. He was the show's villain, frequently appearing to put obstacles in the team's path, unexpectedly alter games and get contestants covered in slime.

He could appear as a hologram or on monitors around the complex as an eyeless red wireframe canine skull, and his facial movements were controlled from backstage by an actor wearing a facial mask that translated their own face movement to Silicon's.

In later seasons he was replaced by {zchar:rob}.
