+Unlike the TV series, Industrial Zone Live is played with two teams competing head-to-head to try and score the most points, though other audience members are chosen from the audience for one-off events on-stage at certain points during the show.
+As a result of the team-based set up, a lot of the games have been adapted to make them directly competitive, often resulting in the losing team getting gunged in some way.

+{zchar:gwen} has been the show's lead announcer since its introduction not long after the third series of Industrial Zone debuted in 2105. She works with the show during summers, though other presenters also rotate in depending on place and availability.
+A lesser-known fact is that when the show was being conceived, it was initially planned for the TV show's host {zchar:alex} to act as the master of ceremonies. A late change in Industrial Zone's filming schedules going into the third series made the time commitment unviable to achieve, and this resulted in Gwen Sorwen taking the role late into the development process. Despite this, Alex was able to be included in the show in the form of a pre-recorded video played right at the start and end of each session.
